By accessing and using the Quaisr platform and related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.

Quaisr Terms of Service (Summary)

1. Introduction

By accessing or using the Quaisr platform (website, apps, APIs, and related services), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Quaisr Ltd is registered in England and Wales.

2. Key Definitions

  • Account: The account you create to access and use the Service.
  • Content: Any data, text, files, documents, graphics, or other materials transmitted through the Service.
  • Customer Data: Any data, information, or material you provide or submit to the Service while using it.
  • Subscription: Your purchased access to the Service for a specified term under a chosen plan.
  • User: Any individual who accesses or uses the Service through your Account.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, you must create an Account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your password and Account secure
  • Notifying Quaisr promptly of any unauthorised use
  • All activity that occurs under your Account

Quaisr may suspend or terminate your Account if your information is inaccurate, false, or violates these Terms.

4. Use of the Service

Permitted Use

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes, in line with your Subscription plan.

Restrictions

You must not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or any part of it
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product or service
  • Share your Account credentials with unauthorised parties
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

Quaisr's Rights

Quaisr owns the Service and all related software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, and other content. You receive no ownership rights under these Terms.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of your Customer Data. You grant Quaisr a limited licence to use, process, and store your Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
