BAE Systems and Digital Catapult select Quaisr to support sustainable manufacturing initiative

Collaboration to enhance resource and energy efficiency in UK manufacturing.

BAE Systems Made Smarter Accelerator

BAE Systems and Digital Catapult have welcomed eight pioneering tech companies, including Quaisr, to the Made Smarter Innovation Sustainability Accelerator, a programme focused on enhancing resource and energy efficiency in UK manufacturing.

Supported by BAE Systems, HS2, and Creagh Concrete, the accelerator will foster collaborations to develop sustainable industrial solutions, including digital twin technologies that can help optimise processes, reduce waste, and lower emissions across complex manufacturing environments.

Funded by Made Smarter and Innovate UK, the initiative will support participating companies to develop proof-of-concept projects, with further funding available to progress successful concepts into pilot prototypes. The programme will culminate in early 2025 with a showcase to industry leaders and investors, highlighting the most promising innovations for scaling across the UK manufacturing sector.
